IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
VITA ( Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) is a free tax preparation service for individuals and families whose household income is $60,000 or less.
IF APPILICABLE, PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:
- Social Security cards for yourself, spouse and dependents
- Proof of identity (US Drivers License, Employer ID)
- All tax forms, W2, 1089, etc.
- Information for other income.
- Identification number for childcare provider and amount paid
- Receipt for college tuituion paid
- Proof of account for direct deposit (voided check)
- School ID, State ID, Military ID, Passport
