How to Avoid Labor Board Charges Challenging your Company Policies, After the Stericycle Decision. With the Labor Board’s decision in the Stericyle case, the HR world has changed regarding workplace policies and rules. The National Labor Relations Board just abolished the rules under which non-union employers, for the last 6 years, have measured their workplace and handbook rules.
