Join us as we break down the Culture Pyramid — a powerful framework to better understand the "why" behind what we see in our organizations.
From visible elements like dress code and meeting styles, to the invisible drivers like values, beliefs, and assumptions, we'll explore how experiences shape beliefs, beliefs influence actions, and actions drive results.
Whether you're leading change, assessing culture, or planning strategically, this session will equip you to lead with insight from the inside out.
